Through interaction with Japanese engineers who support manufacturing, he was impressed by their "human resource development" and "commitment to quality. Satoru Moriki IT Engineering Lead
After graduating from university, he joined a major Japanese SIer company as a new graduate and started his career as a programmer. Since then, he has consistently provided a wide range of engineering and consulting services in the digital domain, including client server environment/network construction, business application development, CRM system conception to logical design, and operation management to major domestic and overseas companies specializing in the IT domain for about 30 years. He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of business processes and IT governance tailored to the client's concept. Shingo Doukan Mechanical Design Lead
After graduating from Hiroshima Prefectural Hiroshima Technical High School, he gained over 20 years of experience as a mechanical designer, focusing on labor-saving equipment for the automotive industry. He has contributed to automation and labor saving in a wide range of processes such as conveyance, fastening, press fitting, measurement, and inspection. He has also worked on the design of many facilities using industrial robots (multi-axis, SCARA, parallel link, etc.) and verified machine operation using 3D simulation software. Although he was independent for a while, he joined Autonomas with the desire to contribute to local manufacturing as a team. Currently, he is passionate about creating a structure for design activities, such as utilizing digital design tools to improve design efficiency and training young human resources. His hobbies include reading and watching kagura (he is willing to travel far for his favorite kagura troupe).
Kaiki Hata Automation Engineers
After graduating from Hiroshima Technical High School, he has more than 10 years of experience as an electrical (hardware and software) engineer, contributing to the automation of processes in a wide range of industries, including panel and control design of assembly machines and molding machines in automotive parts plants, and instrumentation control of temperature, flow, and pressure in chemical plants. In particular, he has extensive experience in control design using PLCs made overseas (e.g., by Siemens). He has traveled around the world, including Germany, Spain, UAE, and the United States, for the start-up of facilities. In recent years, he has been working on acquiring technology in the area of FA/IT integration, including SCADA, and is interested in training engineers in the same field. His hobbies are aquarium and reading books on industrial design, and his dream is to win a design award for HMI (Human Machine Interface) and overall system design.

He experienced various business activities including IPO support for venture companies, internal control support, IFRS implementation support, as well as auditing and consulting for listed companies in Japan.
