Supported human resource transformation for a holding company

Situation and Tasks

With the decline in the working-age population and changes in the demand for skills and abilities, it has become difficult to secure highly skilled and competitive human resources under the conventional personnel system.

Approach for Solutions

The current personnel system was disassembled to identify issues related to its operation.

Results

The establishment of a job-based grading, compensation, and evaluation system made it possible to appeal to and recruit younger employees.
The introduction of an open position system has expanded the range of career choices.
