Physical security control measures, such as measures to prevent the theft or loss of equipment, electronic media, and documents that handle personal data, in addition to measures to ensure that personal data cannot be easily viewed by anyone other than the employees who can handle personal data and the individual concerned, and to ensure that personal data cannot be easily identified when such equipment, electronic media, etc. are carried, including when moving within the business location.
  6. Technical safety control measures, such as clarifying the equipment that can handle personal data and the employees who handle such equipment, preventing unnecessary access to personal data, and introducing mechanisms to protect equipment that handles personal data from unauthorized external access or unauthorized software
  7. Improvement measures
We will strive to accurately respond to changes in the social environment regarding the handling of personal information. We will also strive to improve this policy and other rules and regulations by making changes, modifications, or additions as necessary.
