Job Description	Primary responsibilities will include analyzing customer issues (including data engineering) to improve productivity, proposing and implementing IT solutions (BPR, system implementation planning, project management, vendor management, training, after-sales support, etc.). Programming experience in business is a plus.
Work hours	08:00-17:00 (Break time: 12:00-13:00) Overtime work available (average 30 hours per month) Weekdays only Shortened hours OK, negotiable
Work location	Hiroshima prefecture (Chuugoku area) Domestic and overseas business trips possible No smoking indoors
Salary	180,000 JPY ～ 350,000 JPY
Vacations and Holidays	Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays (2 days off per week) Annual paid vacations
Trial period	Trial period: 3 months Working conditions during the trial period: Same conditions
