Notice Concerning the Conclusion of a Sales Agency Agreement with CMS Co.

We are pleased to announce that we have concluded a distributorship agreement with CMS Corporation (headquartered in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Masaru Suzuki, President; hereinafter referred to as CMS), the exclusive distributor of the 3D factory simulator Visual Components 4.x in Japan.
CMS is developing an engineering business that supports companies that provide industrial robot systems and automation equipment (robot SIer companies) as well as companies that install such equipment by using simulation software to verify the productivity and operation of automation. CMS is also the first company in Japan to be selected for the start-up program of Visual Components, a provider of factory simulators. This partnership with CMS will enable us to offer a wide range of services, including sales of factory simulators and training. With this partnership, Minebea will strengthen its structure to further support its manufacturing customers in their efforts to automate and improve efficiency as a close partner.
We will continue our efforts to support the digital transformation (DX) of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and enhance our services, and we look forward to your continued guidance and encouragement.
About Visual Components 4.x
Visual Components 4.x is a 3D factory simulation software developed by Visual Components, Finland. The software uses digital twin technology to design, plan processes, and verify the operation of manufacturing facilities in virtual space. It flexibly adapts to various production scenarios and contributes to the advancement of capital investment planning for small, medium, and mid-sized companies in the manufacturing industry.
