Mechanical Design Manager
After graduating from high school, Aya started her career at a machine processing factory specializing in automation equipment. In the production field, she was responsible for processing parts that make up the equipment using NC milling machines, general-purpose milling machines, and wire cutting. Subsequently, she spent over 10 years engaged in the mechanical design of labor-saving equipment for the automotive industry and processing machines for the food industry, steadily gaining experience. Seeking a more flexible working environment, she joined Autonomous, where she currently leads not only mechanical design tasks but also the planning and execution of recreational activities. Her hobbies include cooking, watching professional wrestling, and supporting the Hiroshima Carp. As a lifelong passion, she is dedicated to Kagura, actively participating in a Kagura troupe.
